Grilled Asparagus with Lemon and Parmesan

A simple and easy recipe that uses grilled lemon and real Parmigiano Reggiano cheese to elevate the flavor of grilled asparagus. This delicious side tastes like summer.

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon grilled
  • 2 tablespoons Parmigiano Reggiano cheese grated


  • Preheat grill to medium high.
  • Wash asparagus in cold water and dry.
  • Break off thick ends.
  • Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cut lemon in half.
  • Grill asparagus and lemon halves 6 to 10 minutes until charred and tender.
  • Remove from grill, squeeze lemon over asparagus and top with grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
