In a large mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, oatmeal, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Add egg, milk and parmesan cheese. Whisk thoroughly.
Add ground beef and mix until combined. Use 1/3 cup measuring cup to divide into 6 equal portions. Form and shape into mini loaves.
Place meatloaves in a 9” x 13” disposable foil pan. Whisk together ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Top meatloaves with ketchup mixture and cook uncovered in a preheated smoker at 350°, about 40 minutes, until an instant read thermometer reads 165°.
Remove from smoker, cover and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
