Bourbon Rib Glaze
This sweetand tangy bourbon rib glaze will amplify the flavor of any rack of ribs.
- 3/4 cup Maker's Mark Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Combine bourbon, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire, garlic and pepper in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
Store in refrigerator for up to one week.
