Bourbon Rib Glaze

This sweetand tangy bourbon rib glaze will amplify the flavor of any rack of ribs.

  • 3/4 cup Maker's Mark Bourbon Whiskey
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


  • Combine bourbon, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire, garlic and pepper in a saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Store in refrigerator for up to one week.
